Meet the Auxo Capital Advisors Team Founder-first operators. Institutional execution in middle-market M&A.
I’ve been a self-starter for most of my career, including running my own law firm. What I saw again and again: founders were often represented by non-founders—and their life’s work was treated like a transaction. I founded Auxo Capital Advisors to be the advisor I wanted as an owner: someone who understands the sacrifices, the team, and the emotions tied to saying goodbye to your “baby,” and who is equally focused on preserving your legacy beyond the transaction—cultural fit, leadership continuity, and the relationships with employees, customers, and community that make the business what it is. I’m no longer practicing law and our engagement isn’t legal representation, but I hold myself to the same fiduciary standard—confidentiality, undivided loyalty, and advice that puts your interests first. It’s a higher bar than most advisory firms. Sometimes the right advice is no, even when the headline number looks great. I’m accountable for every engagement—my name and reputation are on each transaction. I start by actively listening to your goals so we can run a disciplined process and achieve an outcome you’re proud of long after close.
